5. The autoresponders set to mail at certain intervals of time should have their time of sending aptly set. If you just say ???send every Wednesday???, it probably sends them at 12 AM. This creates a bad impression for the message and product if at all some customer sees it.
6. The autoresponders for just saying you will contact them in person later is quite good to have but the thing you are expressing should be said in nice polite and respectful words. There are some responders which reply so bad that have the same effect as ???I will call you sometime later. Shut up for the time being!??? Be careful in selecting the words.
7. Take into consideration the targeted audience you are dealing with. Make a professional response for a reply to an affiliate entrepreneur, and use a kind of cool response for your customers.
